Love is a strange thing...

As mothers, how can we love our children so much?!? Sometimes I think my heart will explode! I get it now. All the things my mom tried to tell me. She would say, "Someday Shannon, you will understand." We love our children so much and we just want them to be happy. All those cliche's make sense to me now. I really do just want happiness for my girls. Today, I recommit, to you all, to try to be a better mom. Again!

The long day!

As I made dinner one night, Molly waited so patiently at the table for me to finish. The joke was on me. She had fallen asleep!! It must have been a long day.
